The FTC has a need for the services of a qualified contractor and associated parking structure to provide monthly parking services for 24 parking spaces that provide 24-hour access, 7 days a week to authorized FTC employees. Included in these 24 spaces will be an availability of Handicap spaces, allocated according to city building codes. The FTC is not requesting any special reserved spots for parking.
