The United States Military Academy at West Point - NY has a requirement for a Skydio XD2 Drone Kit as listed in the attached Solicitation# W911SD22R0037. The Federal Government now requires all vendors to complete (fill in) the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. Quotes will not be accepted unless I receive a completed and signed / dated SF1449 to go with your own company quote (no exceptions). The SF1449 must be fully completed and returned to me as follows... PAGE 1: Block 12, 17a, and *24 (*Combined Overall Total for the entire Contract) PAGE 1: Block 30 a / b / c (must be SIGNED/DATED; can't accept w/o signature) PAGE 3: The Unit Price -and- Overall Total PAGE 6: Clause# 52.204-8 (fill in applicable slots) PAGE 6 thru 55: DO NOT WORRY ABOUT FILLING ANYTHING ELSE OUT if you checked “Paragraph ‘d’ applies” on Clause# 52.204-8 (in other words… you’re registered in SAM’s). If you checked it... the Solicitation / RFQ is considered "completed". You may submit your own company quote with the SF1449. However, completion and submittal of the SF1449 is mandatory in order for your quote to be considered (no exceptions). NOTE 1: This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 336411; business size 1,500 employees. Authorized Sellers / Distributors may participate as long as they are officially authorized to sell / distribute the item. Proof must be provided from Skydio Inc (signed / dated Memo with Skydio POC / Email / Phone). NOTE 2: Your offer will only be accepted if the item meets the following governing parameters… 1. Section 848 of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY2020, Pub. L. No. 116-92 Unmanned Aircraft Systems Considered Non-Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Considered Programs of Record (PoR) 2. FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal 3. FAR 52.225-1 Buy American Act – Supplies NOTE 3: This solicitation is Firm Fixed Price only. Federal Government prefers FOB - Destination. You must include the shipping cost in the main line item and have the quote listed as “FOB – Destination”. Quotes with FOB-Origin or Estimated / Adjustable Shipping Fees will not be accepted and could cause your quote to be rejected for this solicitation.
