Industry Day Notice SOCOM UNIQUE MUNITIONS REQUIREMENTS (SUMR) Multiple Award-Task Order Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity Family of Contracts (MATOC IDIQ FOC) 17 February 2022 This announcement is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This event is for the purpose of gathering market information to assist the Government in deciding future acquisition methods. HQ USSOCOM is seeking inputs from industry to establish a multiple award contract vehicle capable of rapidly acquiring SOCOM unique munitions under NAICS Code 332994 Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing to streamline our ammunition procurement process Estimated contract length is 7-10 years SOCOM is only seeking input from manufacturers, not distributors. The event will be held at SOFWERXS Facility 1925 E 2nd Ave, Suite 102 Tampa, FL 33605 9:00 am – 5:00 pm SOCOM can host up to 2 representatives in-person from each vendor. Vendors wishing to sign up to attend shall e-mail us directly. Additional team members are welcome to attend virtually. Failure to confirm may result in denial of attendance. Respondents who wish to attend Via Zoom will need to E-mail the below POCs for call in information. DO NOT CONTACT SOFWERX DIRECTLY. Some items falling under the category of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 will be eligible for sole source contracts under this family of contracts Participation in this event will be at no cost or obligation to the Government.
