This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will result in a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for the following requirements: NOUN: TUBING ASSEMBLY,NON NSN: 4720-01-542-3025 PART NO: 5-15-33853-210 QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF ISSUE: EA SURVEILLANCE CRITICALITY DESIGNATOR: C NOUN: TUBING ASSEMBLY, FTS NSN: 4720-01-541-8956 PART NO: 20001504-730 QUANTITY: 10 UNIT OF ISSUE: EA SURVEILLANCE CRITICALITY DESIGNATOR: C NOUN: HEATING ELEMENT NSN: 4520-01-561-1621 PART NO: 10004003-001 QUANTITY: 3 UNIT OF ISSUE: EA SURVEILLANCE CRITICALITY DESIGNATOR: C 2 . All offers submitted in response to this RFQ shall be valid for a minimum of calendar 60 days following the offer due date. 3. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. It is Distribution Code "D", which limits access to Department of Defense (DoD) & U.S. DoD contractors only. Please refer to Section C for additional information and directions on how to access this documentation. 4. The Government requires Military Packaging - Level B and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs) for this procurement. Please refer to Section D for additional information. 5.
