Description: (Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.) The U. S. Consulate in Lagos, Nigeria will issue a solicitation for Packing, Shipping, Forwarding, and Storage Services in Lagos. This is an indefinite-quantity contract for the services specified and effective for the period stated in the Schedule. For each year of the contract, the U.S. Government guarantees a minimum inbound and outbound shipment of 100,000 kilograms. The maximum amount of inbound and outbound shipments for each year of this contract is not expected to exceed 350,000 kilograms. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required. All airport ground support and fees or charges will be included into the price proposal. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation during the month of December 2021.
