This is an unrestricted, other than full and open competitive procurement. FOB DESTINATION, Inspection/Acceptance: ORIGIN. This is a Request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract, 5-year base. EAD is 12 each. The government does not possess technical data.
