Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore (IEG) Program: Minot AFB This is a Sources Sought Notice (hereinafter "Notice"). This Notice is an essential step in determining market interest and feasibility in accordance with FAR Part 10 and is for information and planning purposes as a market research tool. If determined appropriate, then a combined synopsis/solicitation may be released within 2 weeks of this Notice. This notice also serves to identify qualified Small Business concerns which are responsible and capable of meeting the requirement below. The NAICS for this solicitation is 324110, Petroleum Refining. To qualify as small for purposes of Government procurement, the petroleum refiner, including its affiliates, must be a concern that has either no more than 1,500 employees or no more than 200,000 barrels per calendar day total Operable Atmospheric Crude Oil Distillation capacity. The potential opportunity for a small business set aside will be considered on the basis of the responses received. Requirements for Minot AFB are as follows: Fuel Type: Turbine Fuel, Aviation, Jet A (NSN: 9130-00-359-2026) Quantity: 2M USG Period of Performance: 01 February 2022 – 31 March 2022 FOB/Mode Restriction: FOB Destination via Truck. Required additives: FSII/SDA/CI Notes: FSII Concentration of 0.06 -0.07% Number of trucks required: 10 trucks/day; 50 trucks/week; 200 trucks/month Delivery Hours 0700-1500 Mon-Fri. Delivery The JAA fuel must comply to the latest edition of specification ASTM D1655.
