Original Set Aside:

The Government will solicit for a long-term contract for NSN 7105-01-326-1816 with a maximum length of 5 years. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract and the Government intends to make multiple awards. The Government intends to allow for post award competition of delivery order requirements among awardees. The Government will make awards to responsive, responsible offerors whose prices are determined fair and reasonable.The Government reserves the right to make a single award and will not make more than 4 awards under this contract. All contract awards resulting from the Government’s solicitation will be fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts. The contracts will have a Base Period of one year and four one-year options. Quoted pricing will apply for the contract one-year base period and quoted option pricing will apply for each option year. The unit of issue for this folding stool is 1 box. There are 6 folding stools per 1 box. The Annual Estimated Order Quantity for this item is 4,939 boxes. The contract delivery locations will be Tracy, California and New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The contract will be set aside for small business. Drawings are available upon request.
