The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year requirements type contract, a guaranteed total minimum quantity of 36 each with an estimated total contract quantity of 150 each of a ACTUATOR, ELECTRO-ME; NSN: 1680-01-120-7642; Part Number: 145CS114-1 applicable to the CH-47 Chinook weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Test is, 90 each 504 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 90 each, 360 DACA with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002 This item is restricted to THE BOEING COMPANY Cage Code: 77272 and HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC. Cage Code 70210. The assigned AMC/AMSC is 1Q. This item is suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. This part must be acquired directly from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
