This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to use simplified acquisition procedures for evaluating quotes and awarding the resulting purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106. 2. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07 effective 10 Sep 2021 4. REQUIREMENT INFORMATION Description: The Contractor shall provide all meals, equipment, and meeting space in accordance with the solicitation and the attached Statement of Need. Location of Event: Within 100 driving miles of Buckley Space Force Base, 18841 E. Crested Butte Ave, Bldg 841, Aurora, CO 80011. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
