Original Set Aside:

The Library has a requirement for Stronglink software, services and compatible hardware that is needed to support the Library's current Stronglink solution.The Stronglink solution is used to provide a content abstraction layer over the Library’s existing storage infrastructure and will allow the Library to globally manage all files across otherwise incompatible storage silos. The Library previously awarded LCCIO19P0090 for a Stronglink solution in 2019 but now needs to add additional services, software licenses and hardware and re-align the Library’s current license structure due to changes to the Library’s network structure over time. The Library intends to sole source this requirement to the incumbent vendor, Abba Technologies, Inc., as the Library believes the items required are reasonably available from only one source for the reasons stated in the justification attached to this posting.
