Moody Air Force Base, GA. is soliciting for non-personal services for personnel, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Rescue Training Center Support Specialist (RTCSS)/Instructor, Unit Deployment Manager (UDM)/Mobility Deployment Manager (MDM), Current Operations Scheduler (COS), Aircrew Flight Equipment Master Riggers, Supply Manager (SM), Vehicle Control Manager (VCM), and Standardization and Evaluation Administrative Program Assistant (SEAA) Services at Moody Air Force Base (MAFB) GA. Questions will be due on 5 Jan and responses will be posted by 7 Jan 2022. This solicitation will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns with a $41.5 million Small Business Size Standard. Performance is to begin on 1 Mar 2022 with a one (1) year base and four (4) one (1) year options. The primary North American Industry Classification System code is 561210. The Federal Supply Classification code is R408. This solicitation is a competitive RFP and award will be based on commercial procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS The Government intends to award for this service, HOWEVER FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONTRACT. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
