THIS NOTICE IS HEREBY AMENDED TO PROVIDE THE RESPONSES TO THE QUESTIONS SUBMITTED AND PROVIDE AN EXTENSION FOR RESPONSES FROM 01/14/2022 TO 01/21/2022 AT 4:00PM EST. ALL RESPONSES SHALL BE E-MAILED TO POSTELLBJ@STATE.GOV. THE SOURCES SOUGHT/SOLICITATION NUMBER SHALL READ 19AQMM22N0016. ( SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT FOR RESPONSES). The US Government, Department of State at the Bureau of Global Talent Management is Seeking a contractor to develop a Career Mapping Software that will serve as an easy-to-use digital product to support the Department's Civil Service employess in understanding the competencies and skillsets needed to excel in their current roles and advance in their careers, as well as in finding trainings and development opportunities. Sources Sought Notice (herein referred to as a Request for Information) are issued by the Department of State, Office of Acquisition, when performing market research to determine industry interest and capabilities. The Department of State is interested in the capabilities of both small and other than small businesses to perform the services, and is particularly certified 8a, HUBZone, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) interested in the capabilities of small business and strongly encourages responses from those businesses. This is a Request for Information announcement only. This is not a solicitation or request for proposal and in no way commits the Government to award a contract. The Government does not intend to award a contract(s) based solely on the submission of this Request for Information nor does it intend to pay for any costs incurred in response to this announcement. The Department of State reserves the right to terminate this request and change its requirements if needed.
