Content delivery network services (CDN is needed to support download of video from the IRS Video Portal. The video portal is a page located at www.irsvideos.gov . A content delivery network (CDN) is a system of distributed servers that deliver pages and other Web content to a user, based on their geographic locations, the origin of the webpage and the content delivery server. Using CDNs provides reduces load times and provides for a faster delivery of content.
