The Department of Commerce (DOC) -Enterprise Services (ES), International Trade Administration (ITA) is seeking potential sources who are capable of conducting a series of market assessments in consultation with the United States Government. These consulting services may include identifying, tracking, assessing and packaging viable business opportunities for the U.S. entities interested in operating in South Asia in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and offers will not be accepted. The Government will not make an award resulting from this Sources Sought Notification. Any information received in response will be used to inform a potential solicitation with the intent to make a Government contract award. Interested offerors/vendors have the required capabilities to meet the above requirement should submit a capability statement of 5 pages or less indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort described above. Responses must include the following: name and address of the firm; size of business; average annual revenue for the past 3 years and number of employees; ownership; identification whether the firm is large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, and/or woman-owned; number of years in business; list of customers covering the past five years (highlight relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement, and point of contact -address and phone number). This Notice is for information and planning purposes and is not be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of evaluation. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business or 8(a) set-aside based on responses hereto.
