Excise Tax: $0.75 per dose Maximum: 2.5M Doses Minimum: 100 Doses The vaccines awarded under these contracts will be purchased for and by NCIRD's Immunization Awardees to support pediatric immunization programs as provided under Section 317(j) of the Public Health Service Act and Vaccine for Children (VFC) program, established pursuant to Section 13631 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 (OBRA '93). This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Vaccines shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination to the 50 states and U.S. Territories. The period of performance shall be 4/1/2022 – 3/31/2023. Any questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing to Christina McMichael at wpn6@cdc.gov.
