Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to remove attachments 2 and 3 for revisions. No further changes were made. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to include draft versions of section's L&M. No further changes were made. This is a notice of a proposed contract action issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.203(a). The Government intends to issue a solicitation and award one contract for Foreign Vehicle Maintenance (FVM) services. See attached documents specific details.
