This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50S8D22Q0004 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking Fire Suppression Repair services at our facility in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 0001 Fire Suppression Repairs - Multiple Facilities The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose Quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Wage Determination No. 2015-4159, Revision 17 dated 12/27/2021 applies to this procurement. Quotes are due no later than 11:00 AM EST, 25 March 2022.
