Original Set Aside:

The contractor, as an independent contractor, and not as an agent of the Government or employee of the Government, shall provide Systems Technical Support (STS) and Sustainment Systems Technical Support (SSTS) as specified herein for modifications, changes, and/or improvements to the vehicle system and/or the derivative vehicle systems and subsystems of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS) Family of Vehicles (FOV), and the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Carrier, and all derivatives of the vehicles. Efforts shall include program management, logistics support, engineering, product assurance and field service support for the vehicle systems.
