This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Proposals, (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to purchase a NDT 450kV DRCT System; turn-key state-of-the-art, 7-axis, digital radiography computed tomography system. The system must be able to scan parts up to a 60” diameter and 60” in length. The system must be fully shielded and interlocked cabinet-style unit. A three (3) year warranty to include all required maintenance-software updates, labor and parts-materials for on-site repair services as defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished is required. Please review Attachment #1, for additional details as well as the Attachment #2 Salient Characteristics. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334517 Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing. The small business size standards is 1,000 employees. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Kevin Duffy, kevin.a.duffy4.civ@mail.mil by 10 FEB 22, 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Past performance information should include recent and relevant contracts for the same of similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers, and other relevant information). Information should include at least three (3) contracts, ongoing or completed within the last three years, for like or similar services, held with Department of Defense, other government agencies or private industry. Competition and set-aside decision may be based on the result of this market research. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
