The Fort Worth District intends to a firm fixed priced contract for park cleaning services. The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 including the base year and all option years. This project is open to Total Small Business set-aside to include: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Place of Performance: Somerville Lake, Somerville, Texas. The estimated duration is an initial Base Period of twelve (12) months, up to 4 Option Periods of twelve (12) months each, and one (1) six-month option for a total contract period of up to 66 months. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform park cleaning and maintenance services for the duration of the contract period. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561720. The Small Business Size Standard is $19.5 Million.
