This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0015 is for labor and materials to perform annual testing required and OEM maintenance service on the bridge navigation, GMDSS, and communication equipment on the dredge vessel Yaquina, in Portland, OR. The following solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote, and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 811213 Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of active SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Submissions: Quotes are due no later than, 23 December 2021, at 2:00 PM PST, by email to Carl.R.Schmurr@usace.army.mil & Michael.E.Saldana@usace.army.mil.
