This Sources Sought Notice calls for White Paper submissions in reference to the research within the BAA Topic F. Simulation and Training Technology, Adaptive Instructional Training Systems section under Broad Agency Announcement W911QY-20-R-0022. Applications to the Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) “Competency Development in the Schoolhouse” are being solicited by the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Soldier Center (SC) Soldier Effectiveness Directorate (SED) Simulation and Training Technology Center (STTC), Adaptive and Intelligent Training Systems (AITS) Team.
