Original Set Aside:

Provide re-design services and EDC support during construction. Re-design services include to bring existing design package up to US Army Corps of Engineers design standards, in accordance with Engineering Regulations, Engineering Manuals, and CAD Standards. Provide a revised 100% design submission to include plans, UFGS specifications, design documentation report, design analysis (DA), independent technical review (ITR), CAD drawings, native SEC specification files, geotechnical data report, engineering considerations and instructions (ECI), and all calculations. The period of performance is approximately 4 months. Contractor will verify if survey data is still accurate and will update all standards and codes to latest publications, including but not limited to IBC and ASCE 7. The period of performance is 13 months after award of construction contract. Major tasks to be included are assistance with government classified submittal reviews, requests for information (RFI) consult, any design changes that may arise during construction and site visits. No options will be included in the task order.
