Removal of Cemented Canons: Contractor will supply all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision in order to safely remove canons. The canons must be kept intact to the cement base for relocation by National Guard personnel. The contractor will remove the two canons and their two-concrete base’s. The two canons should stay secured to their concrete base’s and undamaged for relocation.
