This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24222B0014- Project Number 620-18-203 Renovation of Building 13-AB for Residential Programs Phase I at the VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System, Montrose, NY located at 2094 Albany Post Road, Montrose, NY 10548. This shall be a Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (VOSB). As a result, all VOSB and SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $39.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is $ 5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Scope of Work: Furnish all necessary materials, equipment, personnel and supervision to accomplish the complete scope of work to Renovate the Building 13-AB for Residential Programs in accordance to the project drawings and specifications for the Montrose VA campus of the VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System. PROJECT NO. 620-18-203 Renovation of Building 13-AB for Residential Programs. This Project will renovate and modernize an existing structure to include residential and support spaces including individual sleeping rooms and clinical care at the Montrose VA campus of the VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System, 2094 Albany Post Road, Montrose, NY 10548. The Contractor shall furnish labor and materials and perform work including, but not be limited to general construction, alterations, phasing, , mechanical and electrical work, installation of new and replacement equipment, necessary removal of existing structures and certain other items as required by the drawings and specifications. The Contractor shall be responsible to plan and develop activities, phasing and project scheduling. This includes coordinating with programs currently occupying the buildings during project construction. Contractor shall be responsible to coordinate and schedule work to minimize any length of duration shut downs; and completely prepare site for building operations. Project Completion: 548 Calendar Days All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on https://sam.gov/. The solicitation will be released on or about December 8, 2021. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding and all responses/submissions shall be in e-mailed bids. Hardcopies and faxed copies of bids will not be accepted. All prospective bidders must be currently registered in www.sam.gov and be registered and verified as a VOSB or SDVOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
